About the Role:

We are hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP – Marketing for a leading Banking Software Solutions & Products company. If you have a proven track record in selling software solutions, products, and digital transformation services to large Banks and NBFCs, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Banking & NBFC sector
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives & decision-makers
✅ Leverage your industry network to generate new business opportunities
✅ Understand banking/NBFC challenges & position software solutions effectively
✅ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies

Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 8-10+ years of experience in selling software solutions, digital transformation, and banking products
🔹 At least 3-4 years of direct experience in the Banking & NBFC segment
🔹 Strong network & connections with key decision-makers in Banks/NBFCs
🔹 Proven ability to achieve sales targets & drive business growth
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🔹 Tech graduate + MBA (preferred)
🔹 Willingness to travel as required
