Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience in finance controlling & taxation within the EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors. The selected candidate will play a critical role in financial compliance, tax management, reporting, and internal controls, driving the company’s strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Controlling: Oversee financial planning, budgeting & reporting to align with business objectives.
✅ Tax Compliance: Ensure timely GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings while managing tax audits and assessments.
✅ Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS & statutory regulations.
✅ Audit Coordination: Work closely with internal & statutory auditors to facilitate timely audits and corrective measures.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting: Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
✅ Internal Controls: Implement strong financial control mechanisms to safeguard company assets.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management, banks, and financial institutions for cash flow and financing strategies.
✅ Cost Monitoring: Ensure effective cost-control measures to enhance profitability across projects.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
🔹 Experience: 5-10 years in finance controlling & taxation (EPC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sector preferred)
🔹 Technical Expertise:
✔ Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax)
✔ SAP ERP proficiency
✔ Ind AS & Compliance Standards
