We are hiring a detail-oriented Tender Executive with practical experience in handling government and private tenders, particularly through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. The role demands precision, strong coordination, and an understanding of the tendering lifecycle from search to submission.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals

• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and supporting documents

• Track tender timelines and ensure timely submission and compliance

• Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs

• Maintain accurate and organized records of tender submissions and statuses

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in tendering or procurement roles

• Familiarity with the GeM portal and e-procurement platforms

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document formatting

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Bonus: Prior experience with furniture or industrial product tenders
