🔍 Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Field Sales Engineer to join a reputed organization in the industrial equipment and capital goods space. This role involves driving B2B sales of pumps and heavy machinery, offering technical support, and building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage B2B sales for industrial pumps and machinery

Meet and build rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors

Recommend appropriate product solutions based on client requirements

Track market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences

Maintain CRM data, prepare quotations, and submit regular sales reports
🎯 Candidate Requirements:

1–5 years of field sales experience in industrial or capital goods domain

Technical understanding of pump systems and applications (preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions

Valid driver’s license is mandatory
