🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Field Sales Engineer to join a reputed organization in the industrial equipment and capital goods space. This role involves driving B2B sales of pumps and heavy machinery, offering technical support, and building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage B2B sales for industrial pumps and machinery

  • Meet and build rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Recommend appropriate product solutions based on client requirements

  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences

  • Maintain CRM data, prepare quotations, and submit regular sales reports


🎯 Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of field sales experience in industrial or capital goods domain

  • Technical understanding of pump systems and applications (preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

  • Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions

  • Valid driver’s license is mandatory
