Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Operations for a leading Fasteners Manufacturing Company based in Wada. The ideal candidate will independently manage plant operations and drive improvements through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost-reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage operations in a mid to large-sized Fasteners Manufacturing unit

• Drive productivity enhancement, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circles, and other improvement tools

• Oversee budgeting for operations (added advantage)

• Troubleshoot issues in Thread Rolling and CNC Machines

• Lead automation and process efficiency projects

Technical & Managerial Skills Required

• Strong understanding of operations management trends

• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience with spring technology machines, automation, and process optimization

• Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making

• Excellent team leadership and employee development capabilities

• Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, and schedule tasks effectively

• Operational and technical guidance skills for cross-functional teams

Qualification

• BE (Mechanical) – Mandatory

• MBA in Operations – Preferred (from a reputed institute)

Age Requirement

• 35 – 40 years
