🎓 Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering (preferred)

• Stainless Steel Long Products (Bright Bar)

• High-volume production units with international quality standards

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Bright Bar Steel processes (wire rod, peeling, grinding, heat treatment, finishing)

• Strong expertise in production & capacity planning

• SAP, Excel & planning tools proficiency

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical & coordination skills

Role Highlights:

• Develop and optimize production schedules for bright bar operations

• Coordinate with sales for order planning & customer commitments (domestic & export)

• Manage raw material & inventory planning to ensure smooth flow

• Collaborate with production, QA, maintenance & logistics to remove bottlenecks

• Maintain MIS dashboards & reports for efficiency, scrap, and delivery adherence
