🔍 Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer, you will build and maintain applications for both Android and iOS platforms, work closely with designers and backend teams, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional mobile interfaces.

• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.

• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code with performance optimizations.

• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.

• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth user experience.

• Manage app submissions and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile app development.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Provider).

• Expertise in state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.

• Proficient in RESTful API integration and JSON handling.

• Experience with databases like SQLite, Hive, and Firebase/Firestore.

• Familiarity with Git for version control.

• Hands-on experience with Play Store and App Store deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Flutter Web/Desktop.

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Codemagic).

• Native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.

• Open-source contributions or published apps on stores.
