🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations & Proposal Executive to support core business functions including proposal writing, pricing estimation, client coordination, social media management, and delivery operations. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role that offers broad exposure across sales, marketing, and service delivery.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Management: Draft client proposals, ensure internal coordination and timely submissions

• Client Servicing: Manage client interactions, handle feedback/support queries (especially for PayInvoice users)

• Pricing & Estimation: Prepare accurate pricing models and estimation documents

• Process Management: Maintain workflow documentation, support audit-readiness, and ensure process adherence

• Delivery Operations: Track project status, coordinate across delivery and support teams

• Market Research: Perform competitive analysis and identify industry trends

• Social Media Support: Schedule posts, coordinate with the content team for LinkedIn and other platforms

• Tools & Technologies:

  • MS Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint essential)

  • CRM familiarity and proposal automation tools

  • Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira (a plus)

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written in English)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset

• Bonus: Experience with SaaS tools, invoicing platforms, or B2B support functions
