About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Bonded Warehouse Manager with strong marketing and business development skills for our operations in Delhi. This role requires managing day-to-day bonded warehouse operations with full customs compliance, while also driving marketing strategies to expand our warehousing and logistics services to new B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Bonded Warehouse Operations:

• Manage end-to-end bonded warehouse activities: receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
• Ensure strict adherence to customs rules and bonded warehouse compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock records for customs and audits.
• Coordinate with customs authorities for inspections and clearance.
• Enforce security, safety, and best practices in the warehouse.

✅ Team Management & Process Improvement:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; ensure training and compliance.
• Streamline warehouse layout and logistics for maximum efficiency.
• Implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SOPs.

✅ Marketing & Business Development:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote bonded warehousing solutions.
• Identify and acquire new clients: importers, exporters, e-commerce players, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
• Create marketing content, presentations, and proposals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, logistics events, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions and competitive pricing.

✅ Reporting & Strategy:

• Prepare performance reports, stock reports, and financial KPIs.
• Contribute insights for pricing and service offerings.
• Support inter-departmental projects involving logistics, sales, and technology.

Key Skills:

• Bonded warehouse operations & customs compliance expertise

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and MS Office
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Marketing strategy & client relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Marketing.
📜 Certification in logistics or customs compliance is an advantage.
📈 Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management (at least 2 years in a bonded warehouse).
💼 Proven experience in marketing or business development in logistics or supply chain sector.
