Position Overview: Assistant General Manager – Insurance Operations
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced insurance professional to manage and streamline the organization’s insurance portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring risk mitigation and compliance through effective insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee and renew various project and property insurance policies – including CAR, IAR, and Fire Insurance
✔️ Manage corporate liability insurance and employee benefits insurance programs
✔️ Handle the end-to-end insurance claims and settlement process efficiently
✔️ Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards
✔️ Collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and internal departments for seamless coordination
Key Skills & Competencies
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong background in risk analysis and insurance policy structuring
🔹 Expertise in handling insurance claims, renewals, and compliance matters
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
