About the Role

We are hiring an SAP FICO Lead (AGM level) to drive SAP Finance (FICO) implementation, support, and process enhancement for our Real Estate and Facilities Management operations. This strategic role involves SAP ECC 6.0 > EHP 6 and/or SAP S/4HANA integration, optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead SAP FICO implementation, support, and system upgrades
✅ Configure and manage SAP ECC 6.0 > EHP 6 and SAP S/4HANA systems
✅ Oversee FI-GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
✅ Ensure seamless business process integration across departments
✅ Manage SAP user authorizations and role configurations
✅ Draft & review functional specifications; collaborate with ABAP technical teams for custom development
✅ Handle support projects, end-to-end implementations (1-2), and at least two SAP upgrades/rollouts
✅ Real Estate industry expertise is a plus but not mandatory

🔹 Hands-on experience in SAP authorization & role management
🔹 Proven track record in SAP FICO support, implementation & upgrades
