Job Details:

✅ Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
✅ Experience: 2+ Years
✅ Location: Bangalore
✅ CTC: ₹5 LPA
✅ Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
✅ Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (6 AM – 2 PM & 4 PM – 12 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Accounting Expertise: Gain full-cycle accounting knowledge, specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP).
🔹 Month-End Reporting: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end closing.
🔹 AR & AP Support: Manage invoice processing, payments, and customer/vendor account updates.
🔹 Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies with internal & external stakeholders.
🔹 Treasury Reporting: Process daily cash deposits and utilize basic Treasury reporting systems.
🔹 Invoice Matching: Match invoices and receiving documents to purchase orders.
🔹 Payment Processing: Assist with weekly payments and check disbursements.
🔹 Financial Close Support: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
🔹 Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners.
