🔧 Job Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring optimal output, product quality, equipment efficiency, and workforce productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Volume Management

• Production planning and execution

• Meeting production targets

• Production data reporting and analysis

2. Efficiency Analysis

• Monitor and improve performance metrics

• Streamline production processes

• Ensure optimal use of machines and equipment

3. Downtime Management

• Track and analyze downtime

• Conduct root cause analysis

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

4. Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to quality standards

• Monitor and reduce defects

• Drive corrective and preventive actions

5. Workforce Management

• Plan and manage staffing needs

• Boost employee productivity

• Train and develop production staff

• Handle team performance issues

6. Safety & Compliance

• Promote and enforce safety protocols

• Report and investigate incidents

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Conduct safety training

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field

• Experience: 12–18 years in production management or supervisory roles in manufacturing

• Technical Skills: Understanding of production systems, ERP tools, and manufacturing processes

• Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills

• Problem-Solving: Skilled in data analysis and troubleshooting

• Safety: Knowledge of OHSAS and safety best practices

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
